SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION takes promptness of delivery very seriously and work closely with our couriers to ensure customer satisfaction. Our main cuoriers are DHL, FED EX, UPS and ROYAL MAIL. mainly operates two kinds of shipping methods, for ease and convenience, our shipping methods are mainly, Standard worldwide and Express worldwide. Standard worldwide takes on average 5-7 working days depending on where you're located. Express worldwide takes on average 1-3 working days, also depending on your location. However this service can not be oered in certain circumstances to new customers because of certain securities issues surrounding card payments. If a new customer/shopper desperately needs their items sent to them via express delivery, we would require further documentation to verify them as the card holder, failure to supply us with this may unfortunately lead to cancellation. Express deliveries placed on Fridays are generally delivered next working day or in two working days depending on the circumstance or your location. This will generally depend on the courier, however we work closely with our courier services to ensure swift deliveries but can not guarantee there will be no dissapointment or delays resulting from bad weather or current events in your country or location.



Some locations and post codes allow saturday delivries, in such intances, we endeavour and work closely with our courier to ensure deliveries are eected. Virginhairworld only accepts and make deliveries to same addresses as billing addresses. If your shipping address is dierent from billing address, you must send us documantation via email or fax with proof as the card owner for credit card or method of your payments. We may also require an authorisation from you before we could process such order and in some cases we may need further approval from your issuing bank. We regret, we're unable to process orders with dierent address to billing without fullling this requirements. Please contact us for required documentation or if you have further questions. If you are a dropshipper, mobile hair dresser, etc, operating a business delivering to dierent addresses, you may want to consider registering with us.



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t oer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable items:



To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. As well as this, Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not qualied for a refund.



Once your returned items are received and inspected, and conrmed to be our products, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We do not subject our customers through questioning, as our products are in high demands, once your returned items have been approved, refunds is eectively applied. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, rst check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is ocially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged dueto our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at , or contact us on 08000 281 401, pls do not post your item, we will arrange for them to be picked up by our trusted courier service.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certicate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.



To return your product, you should contact us via email :, or call us on 08000 281 401, Pls do not post your items, shall not be responsible for any missing items posted by other courier other than ones allocated by us to pick up returned/exchanged items. If you choose to send or post your items directly to us, you do so at your own risk, we shall not be responsible for any damage or missing items. Our pick up service for refunds/exchange are free of charge and you will not be charged for this, however your initial shipping costs when order was placed are non refundable. If we receive the retuned items, and are veried not to be our products, items shall be send back to you and shipping costs will be charged to you. All returned items shall ,rst, be veried to be our products before exchange or refunds are initiated. Initial Shipping costs , when order was placed are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you use any other courier, other than ones allocated by us or pre booked by us to pick up returned/exchanged items.
